Important Party Details

A quick peek at the details that keep everything running smoothly.

Save Your Date

A $100 non-refundable reservation retainer saves your date and may transfer to another available date if you reschedule. Your remaining balance is due 7 days before the party.

Damage Deposit

A separate $50 refundable damage deposit is required. It's refundable after your items are picked up, as long as everything is clean and damage-free. Cleaning, stains, damage, or lost or missing items may be deducted.

Rescheduling

Plans change! Parties may move to another available date. Changes made within 7 days may include charges for custom items, supplies, labor, or preparation already completed.

Ready, Set, Setup

Please have the setup area clean, dry, cleared, and ready before we arrive, with enough open floor space. Furniture, toys, and clutter should already be moved.

Pet-Free Please

The setup area must stay pet-free before arrival, during setup, throughout the party, and during pickup. Please keep rentals free of pet hair, odors, and pet-related damage.

Pickup Time

Please leave everything assembled and easy to access for pickup unless we tell you otherwise. An adult age 18+ must be available to provide home access for setup and pickup.

Our story

Meet Hannah

Hello Teepees was dreamed up by Hannah, a Central Pennsylvania mom of three girls with a real soft spot for turning ordinary nights into magical ones.

It all started at home. Hannah loved creating unforgettable sleepovers for her own daughters: the cozy teepees, the twinkling lights, and the giggles that run late into the night. Seeing how much those little moments meant to her girls, she wanted to help other families make the very same kind of memories. That's how Hello Teepees was born.

Now every setup gets that same personal touch. When Hannah styles your teepees, she treats your celebration just like one of her own girls', handling every detail so you can relax and simply soak up the magic with your child.

What is included with each teepee?

Each teepee setup includes a twin air mattress, fitted twin sheet, twin XL throw blanket, at least two decorative throw pillows, string lights, a bed tray with themed decor, and a custom party sign.

What is included in the Deluxe Package?

The Deluxe Package includes everything in our standard setup, plus themed banners attached to the teepees, a balloon bunch topper on each teepee, and additional themed decor to make the setup extra special.

Is delivery and setup included?

Yes! Delivery, setup, and pickup are included for locations within 20 miles of ZIP code 17545. Locations beyond 20 miles may be booked for an additional delivery fee.

What areas do you serve?

We serve Lancaster, Lebanon, Dauphin, and York County in Pennsylvania, including Lancaster, Lititz, Manheim, Elizabethtown, Hershey, Harrisburg, Lebanon, York, and many towns in between. Reach out to confirm availability for your address.

How long is the rental period?

Rentals are typically around 24 hours, though the exact timing may vary depending on the event and our schedule. We'll confirm the setup and pickup window with you before booking. Multi-night rentals are also available for an additional charge.

How long does setup take?

Please allow approximately 1.5 to 3 hours for setup, depending on the number of teepees and the details of your theme. We ask that the setup area be cleared and ready before we arrive.

Can you set up in a hotel room?

We don't set up in small hotel rooms because our teepees, mattresses, and decor need adequate space for a safe and comfortable setup. If you have a larger hotel suite or event space, please contact us first so we can discuss the available room.

Do you need access to electricity?

Yes. A working power outlet is needed in the room where the party will be set up. We bring our own extension cords as needed.

Do I have to set anything up or take anything down?

No! We handle the setup, styling, breakdown, and removal of all Hello Teepees rental equipment. You get to enjoy the celebration while we take care of the work.

Do you offer daytime parties or sleepunders?

Absolutely! Our setups aren't just for overnight parties. Day rentals and 'sleepunders' are a fun option for younger children, or anyone who wants the sleepover experience without staying overnight.

Can I request a custom theme?

Yes! Custom themes, colors, props, and creative ideas are welcome. Tell us what you're imagining and we can talk through the options and create a setup that fits your celebration.

How is the equipment cleaned?

All rental equipment is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each use. Sheets and bedding are washed after every rental, so each setup arrives fresh and ready for your celebration.

Can the teepees be used outdoors?

No. All Hello Teepees rental equipment is for indoor use only. This helps protect the equipment and keeps the setup clean, comfortable, and safe.

What is your pet policy?

For everyone's safety and to protect the rental equipment, pets must be kept completely away from the party setup during setup, the rental period, and teardown. Please arrange for pets to remain in a separate area of the home while our equipment is present.
